Cinnamon Oil – Natural Essential Oil for Oral & External Use
This pure cinnamon essential oil is obtained from carefully selected cinnamon leaves. Known for its warming, soothing, and antimicrobial properties, it is traditionally used in Ayurveda for oral and external applications.
Traditionally used to support relief from:
Shivering cold (external warming)

✅ HOW TO USE
For external warmth (shivering / cold feeling):
Apply a very small amount of cinnamon oil to:
Palms
Soles of the feet
Temples
Behind the ears
Massage gently.
For tooth discomfort:
Put one drop into the affected tooth cavity.
When saliva gathers, spit it out.
Repeat up to four times.
Do not swallow.
For ear comfort:
Mix a very small amount of cinnamon oil with a small piece of cotton wool.
Place gently at the opening of the ear so it can be removed easily.
Leave until feeling relief.
✖ Do not pour oil directly into the ear.
For bad breath (halitosis):
Add one drop of cinnamon oil to a small glass of water.
Gargle and spit out.
✖ Do not swallow.
